The book is getting a little confusing. The princess has odd family members. For example her aunt Grassina, the Witch. She is always turning things into others, making things appear, and driving everyone crazy. But Emeralda,the princess, likes to talk to her aunt for advice. As Emeralda gets older she tries to teach her how to do spells. Emarlada would love to but she simply doesn't get it. She gets real frustrated. I can relate to this even though my aunts aren't witches. Every time someone tries to teach me something new and I find it hard to do I also get real frustrated! I try over and over until I finally get it right.

the frog princess pages 1-15 11-27-07

This is a very cute book. I really enjoy reading it! Its about a princess who doesnt want to merry the prince her parents chose for her. I would be so upset if istead of me picking out my husband, my parents would have to pick him! What if they had bad taste?? Oh no! I dont know what I would do if I had to spend my life with someone who I didnt like. This princess decides to sneak out of her house befor the prince got there. She left to her favortie pass time place. The swamp. There she feels safe and like a normal girl and not a princess.

freckle juice 11-18-07 pages 1-28

During a little bit of free time I read this story. Its a really cute book. Its mostly about a guy name Nicky who has a lot of freckles. About eighty six of them. He doesnt like his freakles. And his peers even make fun of his freakles. It must be sad to have a feature you dont like on your face. I would be sad. Even though most of us think we dont like something on us but learn to like it and live with it as we grow up. I use to not like my small eyes. But I learned to love them!!!! :)

This book is good so far. Rachel's parents went out for the weekend and her sister is getting ready for prom. She bought a nice dress but she fell in love with her mothers silk dress. she decides to borrow her mothers dress without her mother knowing. Rachel supports her sister on everything but now shes a little confused. But she doesn't tell. Now she has to spend her whole night with her moms friend. I can see how Rachel feels because when someone close to me lies, I know its a lie but decide not to say a word. Even though I know its wrong to lie.

I started reading this book and its been quite interesting so far. Rachel's a straight A student, plays the flute, has great friends and basically a great life. But since there is no perfect life, her brother Charles gets kicked out of boarding school and arrives back home. Her brother and her don't get along at all and she is really worried he has come back to mess her life up and turn everything around .
she doesn't know what to do . I would be mad if someone I didn't like came to mess my life up. But sometimes that's how life is and we have to deal with it . Especial if in her case that certain someone is a part of your family!

Blister 11-1-07 pages 19-30

Alyssa is faced with the tragity of loseing a baby sister. But life goes on for her and her family. She now has to go back to the way life was befor. Her grandmother has to head back to her house, her father goes back to work and her and her mother get left alone together. Alyssa and her mom use to be alone all the time after school. But now Alyssa is nervous and doesnt really know what to think. Her mom is very depressed and Alyssa is scared her mother doesnt love her anymore. She doesnt even talk to her very much. It would kill me seeing my mom everyday and not speeking to her. I feel bad for Alyssa and I really dont know what I would do in her place. I lost a family member last year. It was horrible.
